I don't feel like Dr. Massey listens to me well. He's a nice enough guy, but he's just doing the minimum. He's not knowledgeable on thyroid conditions, although he agreed to continue prescribing NDT (which some doctors won't) so that's appreciated. However, when symptoms recurred, he didn't know how to treat it properly. Smoking cessation treatment was limited to "cold turkey." The staff there is absolutely wonderful. Wait times are minimal & appointments are easy & quick enough to schedule.
