I currently live here, against my better judgement. Been a resident for 4 yrs and counting. Ive paid well over $60k to this place in my time here. Not only have I had multiple instances with the maintenance team either not fixing the issues they get paid to fix, or straight up just towing your car from the gated lot you pay to utilize, if they have a problem with you. If I could give Less than one star I would. Residents deserve to feel safe and live in sanitary conditions. Unfortunately, this complex fails to provide even the basics. Hallways are not properly monitored, and non residents (homeless people) frequently enter the building and sleep in common areas. There have been instances of human waste left in the hallways, which is unacceptable and a major health hazard. Un lugar muy bien para vivir, las personas de mantenimiento y limpieza son muy buenas personas, Orlando y Gregorio siempre nos ayudan en todo Gracias Bradley House por todo lo que hacen por sus residentes. Llevo un año viviendo aquí y ya renové mi contrato con gusto.
Excelente lugar para vivir, viví ahí por 6 años, lugar con una ubicación muy buena, tiendas muy cerca y escuelas, las personas de mantenimiento y limpieza son muy buenos trabajadores muy amables y atentos, Orlando siempre me ayudó con una muy buena atención Gregorio siempre servicial al igual que Alex cuando tenían que hacer algún servicio en mi unidad, Lucia manteniendo una área muy limpia diario, la oficina siempre atentos a prestar ayuda. Gracias a todo el equipo de Bradley.
I currently live at Bradley house and I have to say they flip the script. They paint it as nice peaceful place to live. I've only been here a couple months it has turned in the most inconvenient place I've lived. They are not helpful office or maintenance. When maintenance finally does come to work on the issue don't expect them to put things back they will leave a mess for you to clean up and leaving you guessing who was in your apt, very unsettling no note given to give heads up they would be entering, and no note they wer... read more
