I love truth better than lies especially when key people don't believe the truth.heres why. ESD has capable management, well capable at not showing signs of needed improvement in nearly a decade. I was a housekeeper for 10 years there. I saw no attempts from the director or supervisor to try to improve anything. Where do I even begin about this incredible place? Our 7 year old son has been attending the OCD day program for over a week. From the very first moment we stepped foot into the building we were blown away by the professionalism, kindness, compassion and thorough care we've received from the staff. The medical professionals (Psychiatrists, Psychologists and Nurses) earned our trust and quickly and made us feel comfortable and listened to. The communication in the cadd unit between nursing staff and family is horrible. And when you speak to their supervisor your told over and over again OH it must have been a miss communication. No we place our love one in your care and we family's in crisis should not be told over and over again miss communication!!! This is our family's experience when you need help the most!!
