Brad is a truly phenomenal realtor. We see him more as a friend after our close to a year's interaction with him. Patient, not pushy and one of the most important traits for us - makes it to every appointment 15 min early, never missed responding to a text in less than 15 mins. To top it all, he brought the right set of extremely professional set of folks legal, inspection etc.

Brad was so easy to work with, I was nervous about the whole process, he put me at ease , went out of his way to make sure I was informed, helped me with inspections and repairs.
