I am afraid that I have to disagree with the previous poster concerning the property manager. She was nothing but rude and short with me the entire year that I lived in the apartments. I will agree that the apartments are clean and relativly quiet, though. If you are willing to deal with a manager who has a bad attitude and a chip on her shoulder (I dont think its anything personal just her personality) then these apartments are fine.

I have to disagree 100%. The lady that owns the place is very rude. And the apartments have horrible odor. The yr I lived there I asked several people if their unit stunck and they agreed as well. When the person in the unit under me smoked I could smell that too. I had to throw away everything that I had in the closet with the hvac return. Parking was terrible!!! This was a place for old people. That is all that I ever saw out and about.

The leasing agent for these apts is such a very nice person. She went above and beyond our expectations! She was very cordial and we were able to take our time examing the apt. We went back several times in as many days to look the apt over again and she was completely willing to let us spend as much time as we wanted in making a decision to move there. These are clean, well-kept apartments. I was quite surprised and pleased when we rented these sight-unseen. The property manager and maintenance man are usually pleasant and quick to fill needs.
