Dr Hiatt is fantastic!!!!!Absolutely nothing but good things to say about him! However, his receptionist at front desk is AWFUL. She’s short and curt in her responses I.E. cutting you off while in the middle of speaking, speaking over you and just a basic failure to listen!!!! She has no people skills. She shows no compassion or understanding of patients in crisis and in need of help. Especially for new first time cancer patents!!!! Shouldn’t be working with cancer patients! Ever!!!
