They have no empathy/sympathy whatsoever. Had an appointment set up over a week and a half ahead and got canceled. A staff member called and ask if I was a smoker which I am but didn't ask any other questions or told me what to do except that there is a 30 day nicotine free policy in order to get the surgery. Understandable, because is a bad habit but why not ask when was the last time I smoked? Then offer me nothing but meds? He is such an amazing Doctor! He did an amazing job on my knee replacement! I had it Done August 15 2018.
