Excellent Doctor
Dr. Freilich basically called my husband a fat liar, and even prescribed a medication he was allergic to - ONE THAT WAS CLEARLY WRITTEN ON HIS WRISTBAND. When I brought this to his attention, he informed me that my husband cannot be allergic - he may have had adverse side effects - SERIOUSLY???!!! Freilich does not/cannot understand that not everyone fits the same mold. This is just the tip of the iceberg. WE ARE DONE!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!

My first visit with my new Dr was yesterday with many concerns. I spent less than 10 minutes with the highly recommended physician. He left with no good-bye. I then stopped his nurse and she answered my questions. I had a list of questions and they were never addressed. Every patient needs to have time to visit about their concerns.

I have been seeing Dr Freilich for 21 years. He is thorough, caring and has personally called to check on me following a needle liver biopsy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I've taken my fiancé to the GI Center that Dr. Freilich is a part of 4 times now. We had him with an initial eval where we waited, collectively, about an hour. Freilich came in for less than 10 mins, and made really intense eye contact with my fiancé and placed his hand on her arm. We switched doctors in the Center. The 2nd and 3rd visits we waited for over an hour and a half past the appt time. Most recent appt was one of the 1st of the day. Still waited 20 mins past the appt time. Never again.

Very hard to get a hold of for results or nurses.
Dr. Freilich, his nurses and his staff are professionals in every way. I am always treated with concern, attentiveness and compassion by everyone. Dr. Freilich is an approachable and caring physician who shows interest in my wellbeing whether I am seeing him for a check up, a surgical procedure or a possible drug study. Anyone dealing with Gastroenternology issues should consider seeing Dr. Freilich. Unfortunately, I see several doctors but Dr. Freilich is one I trust and respect the most.
Loved Dr. Freilich. Of all the doctors I have had the experience to meet in KC he and his staff have been the most attentive, friendly, and competent. I did not have to wait long to see him and he quickly put me at ease when he explained the procedures I was going to undergo. I highly recommend him.
