Well what an experience with this team of warm kind experience. From the ease of booking as a new patient to walking in the door ! Welcomed right away by a kind Marie Dockery, spent time with GM Chris Patton and everything was well explained to ease any anxiousness and smiles all the way on both sides , Dr. Bonnie was delightful and calming and full of very helpful input ( as we age our changing eyes can be scary ) . Dr. Bradley and her staff have always been incredible. However, since it changed to MyEyeDr the staff is terrible and incompetent. I ordered a refill of contacts and was told they would be ready in 2-3 weeks. 5-6 weeks passes and I never heard anything so I called. I was told they came in about a week ago and could pick them up anytime. I went in today and was told Dr Bradley was at lunch and by Ga law they could not dispense my contacts to me. I had the best experience from the time I walked in the door. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed. Their customer service went above and beyond anything I could have imagined. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
