Very rude .. I had to tell him to quit being such a jerk when i ask him a question. Also, had cataract surgery and went back after was a knot on my eye ball after surgery and he rudely told me that was from where he made the incision and that was normal..had to back again because of blurry vision in same eye and he again told me that was normal. Went to optometrist for my new glasses and explained it to him about my eye, and when he examined and told me that Dr Ruff nicked the white part my eyeball when the incision was made... read more
