Scheduled a tow in the morning for asap after 2pm. Explicitly stated they could not be past 6pm due to the business they were towing from closing. Received multiple etas and promises of drivers coming and it's now 6:24 pm with no driver. Zero professionalism or accountability. I worked in the roadside and repo business for many years so I understand what it's like but this is absolutely the worst service I have ever received from a wrecker company. AAA 3 hour etas would have still beat this.
