Called yesterday set up an appointment and was told everything was fine, 30 minutes after they were supposed to show up they texted me to let me know they weren't gonna make it very unprofessional
Nobody wants to use a wrecker service, but if you have to, these guys were amazing. Travis showed up quickly (within 30 minutes of call) on a Friday night and was the most patient, gracious, explanatory guy. He walked me through what was happening, where the vehicle was going, how to get hold of them, all that. They're a family business, and they treat you like it. Their lot hours are 9-4, M-F, so sometimes it can be hard to get to the lot unless you're willing to take off work, but they do good work and are fine people. Rec... read more
