The staff here including Susan and Ed our maintenance guy have been awesome Ed is very quick about getting to your concerns and Susan for dealing with any issues anyone has here apartments are very nice and neighbors are great only one thing we would want is some sort of playscape for all the kids here at Bradley court i would reccommend living here to anyone i know.
If I could give Bradley court 0 stars I would. WORST place to live ever. Not exaggerating not trying to slander only telling the truth. Maintenance is terrible if you have an issue don't expect it to get fixed for about a week or two and they will half to fix it just to shut you up. We have had our roof leaking for six months with mold growing and they have not done a thing about it. Well, they cut the mold section out but left 4 other big water stains, threw a tarp on the roof and called it a day. We had finally had enough ... read more
Sadly moved without considering reviews as they were fairly old. Absolutely no Free WiFi (as advertised), Absolutely not Smoke-Free (as advertised), Absolutely no Maintenance 24/7 (as advertised). Currently bracing myself for the surprises yet to come.
Don't move there! The pot holes on the property are Very Dangerous! The maintenance staff half @## fix things. It took me over 5 years to get a working stove & the dish washer never worked. Management only cares about their money & not their tenants.
Except for the bored teens from the neighborhood this place is wonderful to live in. I love Mrs. Alicea (manager). She treats us with respect & is always attentive to any of our concerns. This place is definitely worthy.
Horrible place to live! Would not recommend to anyone! Especially if you have kids! If you do decide to rent here, I wish you the best of luck when something breaks and you call maintenance. Either they do not show or they will half-**&# fix the problem because I don’t think any of the maintenance personnel have the proper qualifications to do the job. Most of the repairs are cover-ups if you know what I mean! Not worth the free heat and hot water!
