I have lived here for 2 year now. I really liked the fact that they upgraded the elavators. That was literally my only complaint living here. There are some roaches recently but its not as bad as some others say in the review. Roach traps do the trick.
This group of apartments are not well cared for. A family member has lived there for 10+ years. They have had constant issues with cockroaches . There has been issues with the fire alarm being pulled often. Feces in the stairwell. Broken doors and key in pad not working to contact people you are visiting. Recently they have added visitor parking which you need to pay for. What !!!!???? absolutely disgusting!
Very dirty ghetto apartments. I seen a unit and was flabbergasted by how gross it was. Do not recommend homestead, they added paid visitor parking. Very shameful.
