I thought the service department did my ****** repair well until I was told that they didn't have a dip stick to check or confirm their work and that the fluid level was correct. This is a 12 dollar item on Amazon and the dealer should have had one. Needless to say that they let me drive my vehicle with low fluid and damage was caused and eventually I needed to replace the transmission. I'm working with the manager to see how this plays out. Be warned to be careful about their service and follow up care. A snowbird.

I went to look at vehicles I meet **** showed me a 2009 ******* told me it was all wheel- drive, I was trading in a **** Jeep Cherokee. I was told I would get **** for the jeep and I need to give him ***** more to get 200 payments. I did it had an ignition problem which he said would be fixed. Found out later that they never deducted the trade in amount or the ****. dollars and it was not a all-wheel drive, had the ignition fixed several times including having to contact GM for help in getting it fixed. ***NO ETHICS**** Do NOT buy from this dealer. They we so kind as to offer me a ride from ****** to purchase a 2015 Mini ******. Many questions were answered via phone and the salesman assured me the car was in excellent condition and had passed the dealerships mechanical inspection. Auto check looked good so the salesman ********************* came to pick me up. It was a 5 hour drive and we arrived just after closing. 1st, Aaron our sales guy was fine, no issues. Bought a 2007 truck, drove 300 miles home no issues. The VERY next day an engine light came on, so I called, talked to Arnold the GM. He basically said too bad, used vehicle. After some argument he agreed to pay for diagnosis $100. Brought it to a Chevy dealer in Surprise , it needs $1100 EGR valve.
