Different - not sure if comfortable with online dr - everything went fine, but this is my 3rd attempt at getting glasses to work in 3 years and not feeling the best to pick up the new prescription in a week that it will work any better. It felt mostly like Midwest Optometry and Lens Crafters are 2 completely separate entities and do not even enjoy each other's presence. Both just needing the money and not really interested in helping or listening to the customer wants/needs.
