Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable in addition to very detailed and comprehensive tele health visit!
They have canceled appointments within 2 hours of the actual appointment twice. Unprofessional. The staff was unhelpful and quite frankly rude.
I was so impressed with how efficient and professional all the staff were. This was my first visit and they made the entire visit a smooth and pleasant experience from the eye exam to the choosing of frames. Randy was particularly helpful in helping me decide on the best frames that matched my face. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for expert care.
