WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - WORST PHYSICIAN EXPERIENCE EVER! I am confused regarding positive reviews, because this doctor was extremely unkind, short, and had zero bedside manners with my elderly parents. Walked in and did not even greet, was bothered because my parents desperately requested to see him vs the NP. VERY SHORT - attitude and seemed very bothered. He picked up small fractures that the ER missed for both of my sons. He’s very careful and cautious about healing properly. Love that. Also very kind and listens. Never felt rushed. Highly recommended!

Everyone at the practice is friendly, professional and efficient. Dr. Bufkin is an excellent surgeon and has a great bedside manner that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed.
I was told by Dr Serda at my last appt that she would not be prescribing pain meds for me any more no reason given I tried once again to make an appt with a pain management Dr she gave me his name and number I called and they wouldn’t give me an appt because1. She hadn’t sent a referral and they don’t take patients already on meds I was told that Dr Hawthorne knows that 2. No plan to help taper me down on a pain med I’ve been on for 15 years what about withdrawal ? I guess that’s my problem I’ve never missed an appt never re... read more

Dr.Bufkin is very compassionate and truly cares about his patients and the patients immediate family.
Dr. Rahi is a great physician who always listens carefully to all your questions and concerns. He clearly explains the procedure that he thinks will be best for you. His sense of h-umor adds to him making you feel at ease. From the consultation to my post surgery recovery, I am glad I chose him as my surgeon. I would recommend him highly.
I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of communication. Important calls are not being returned in a timely manner, which could have serious consequences. I feel like just another number. it's clear that my concerns aren’t being taken seriously.
