Bruce is a friendly easy going guy but took more than six weeks to do my appraisal and that was only after having to constantly hassle him to get it done.
Bruce is a friendly gentleman, but communicates poorly and over 8 weeks since placing my order I still do not have my appraisal. The prevailing attitude seems to be "what are you going to do, go to someone else?" I ended up having to go to another appraiser.
