You get what you get when you live in the area. BUT, so far living in these apartments we have not gotten anything less than great service. From Manager being transparent, understanding when presenting when an issue, the rapid response form maintenance when requesting service. When submitting a ticket through the website you will receive a prompt response, inspections are done regularly. Lived here for a couple of years, the manager and maintenance is always there to help and my neighbors are cool. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you guys
I have lived in Bradley Arms for 3 years now. The leasing agent saved me because I was I couldn't find a place to live during Covid. Maintenance is always in top of any requests. The community here is strong and there for each other. My daughter and I are very happy here. I highly recommend this community
