Sadly the staff was a roadblock to a potential patient for the Dr. I was interested in XLV laser for cherry angionoma removal and the staff told me only that she burns the angionomas. Rather than keeping my consult and paying $75 for consult I had to cancel. The right thing to do would have been for the office manager to ask the Dr. if she was open to XLV therapy for removal rather than her answer to front desk staff that she "burns" them off. I had a biopsy on a bump by my eye and after wards my eye started swelling. I think that should have been explained to me before removing.
Great people/doctors and the finest office I have been in, in a long time.
