I am very disappointed with Dr. Morganstern’s office. My son was referred to his office back in March. It took three weeks for us to get a call regarding a referral. Once we got the call, I was told he wouldn’t be able to be seen until early June. The day of my son’s appointment, I got a call from the office less than an hour from his appointment time to reschedule his appointment. I am writing on behalf of my sister and her family, who had an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience with the front desk staff at Dr. Morganstern’s office. While Dr. Morganstern himself has been very kind and good to work with, the same cannot be said about Susan at the front desk, whose mishandling caused unnecessary stress and disruption for my sister and her family.
