I was referred to Facial Pain Specialists and specifically requested an appointment with Dr. Bradley Eli. However, when I arrived, I was seen by a different doctor without any prior notice or explanation. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The doctor was dismissive and performed only a brief 10–15 minute exam—just vitals and listening for jaw sounds, with no photos, scans, or detailed evaluation. In my first and only session Dr Eli was aggressive and inappropriate with his comments about my life and choices. His recommendations were unattuned to my presentation. I have had several post appointment discussions with professionals where I related his comments and the moxie he presented during our session was narcissistic and uncareful.
Dr Eli is amazing. Cares about what you have to say and listen. He makes you feel so comfortable.
Thanks to Dr. Eli's care, I am now living a pain-free life, and I finally have hope for a brighter future. I highly recommend Dr. Eli to anyone seeking relief from trigeminal neuralgia. Very professional staff and Doctors.
I was in pain for 3 months and willing to try anything. It wasn't an immediate fix, however, after five weekly injections and medications that I believe I will be on for some time if not forever, I am currently doing well. It may not be a permanent fix. Time will tell. I can always return for additional treatments. Dr. Eli listens to you, understands your pain and the staff are extremely personable. I highly recommend anyone who is dealing with Facial Pain to see Dr. Eli.
