I'm currently looking for an apartment in the area. After reading the reviews about the conditions and rent increases since UDR took over, this complex, as well as UDR's14 North, is off my consideration list.
Lived here for a year. So glad to be out. There was pee all over building 3000. In the elevator. Dog poop all over the grounds. Management does not care about you. They charge you for everything. Rent increases astronomical. Not worth it. Stay away at all costs.
Lived here for a year and it was terrible. Fees always going up. Package thieves. Worst part was these kids who ran wild stealing and breaking everything. No respect. Dunno where their parents are. Also pee and feces everywhere even inside I. The elevator
Penny pinching on every little thing, packages get stolen with no real follow up despite “working” cameras. Now charging for amenities that were sold to us as the perks of living here in the beginning as part of the rents that we already pay. Very high rent increases with worse online support for any services. Bradlee could try to become more resident friendly by offering longer lease terms and reasonable rent increases.
