HUGE MOUSE ISSUE. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I lost my family home in the LA fires in Jan and looked forward to my first chance of real rest and recovery at Bradlee by moving here after we got married this summer. My husband has been living here for 4 years. Before I moved in earlier this year he had the first sighting of droppings on top of a kitchen cabinet. Now they want to also monetize by renting amenities such as the game room, movie theater, sports club and clubhouse. This is insane, people are already struggling to pay rent and amenities that were included in the rent are now offered for a fee? This is greedy and absolutely unfair to every tenant at Bradlee. There is no language in the Bradlee Danvers lease agreement that authorizes separate fees for the use of amenities. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Looking for a future place to live is already a stressful experience and this place just makes is 100x worse. No-one EVER answers the phone and good luck catching them in office DURING office hours. I really hope they do something different because the grounds are pretty however the apartments are not nearly as nice as expected.
We have lived here for about a month and it has been nothing but a great experience so far. The moving in process with the applications and trying to get someone to respond to us was slightly difficult. The maintenance team has been amazing and the response time is short and sweet. Joe #2 and Carlos are my main homies and always take great care of my roommate and I. Thank you!!!
