We love living here!!! I’d like to shout out Joe E from the maintenance team. We sent about 5-6 requests on the app and he showed up fast, with a positive attitude and ready to help. He was respectful, polite, patience and did a fantastic job with everything he fixed! I told him about some additional concerns unrelated to the maintenance requests and he took the time to get on the floor, take a look, and give me advice on how to handle it if concerns continue. Looks pretty but the community is unwelcoming and unfriendly. Nobody ever says hello and if you walk the grounds or try to use the “amenities residents glare at you like your trespassing.
I can’t comment on living here (just visited because I love historic american asylums) But I wish they preserved the entire building but besides that they did a good job with the property.
