The staff ( Linda ) here is genuinely friendly and works incredibly hard to keep everything running smoothly. The complex is always clean, it’s very quiet, and I feel safe at all times. Really grateful to live here.”
Packages being stolen, overpriced, way too many kids that are disrespectful. Drug use. Too many fees, parking, pet, Amazon all built in. To live here is a mortgage payment or more. Better off buying
Did almost a 10% rent increase by increasing charges for everything including from lockers to parking and then we try to negotiate for a reasonable lower increase, they played hardball and did not budge. When we finally gave our 60 day notice to vacate, the very next day they ordered to renew our lease for a $0 rent increase. Not only was this a dumb business decision on their part, but it was disappointing and upsetting for us as residents who would have wanted to renew another year.
