Looks pretty but the community is unwelcoming and unfriendly. Nobody ever says hello and if you walk the grounds or try to use the “amenities residents glare at you like your trespassing.
I can’t comment on living here (just visited because I love historic american asylums) But I wish they preserved the entire building but besides that they did a good job with the property. Our maintena
When living in a community like Bradlee Danvers I look at the grounds and how service requests are handled. The grounds are kept beautiful in the spring, summer and fall. Then in the winter the snow is cleared and ice melt / sand it put in the needed areas. As far a service - let me just say every time we have had any thing that needed attention the onsite service team took care of it promptly. We moved here to be near family and to no longer need to take care of our home and property. We are very happy living here!!!
