We have lived here for about a month and it has been nothing but a great experience so far. The moving in process with the applications and trying to get someone to respond to us was slightly difficult. The maintenance team has been amazing and the response time is short and sweet. Joe #2 and Carlos are my main homies and always take great care of my roommate and I. Thank you!!!
Great place, with very nice people. The Property is kept in great shape. One of the best apartments complexes in all of Eastern Mass.
The Maintenance crew here as well as the Cleaning crew here are the most professional and caring people I have encountered. They make each day a pleasant experience.
We love living here!!! I’d like to shout out Joe E from the maintenance team. We sent about 5-6 requests on the app and he showed up fast, with a positive attitude and ready to help. He was respectful, polite, patience and did a fantastic job with everything he fixed! I told him about some additional concerns unrelated to the maintenance requests and he took the time to get on the floor, take a look, and give me advice on how to handle it if concerns continue.
