Lovely staff and doctors are fantastic. It is hard to find a good doctor and this clinic is professional and has been a great experience for me.
Awful wait time today to see Dr Suchini. Appointment booked at 10am didnt see her till after 11am. Ridiculous wait time considering only one person in front of me. Nice place clean and tidy lots of chairs. Absolutely disrespectful and disappointed about the wait time. Slow and lazy
The receptionist Colleen is extremely rude!! I called up to confirm my son’s appointment time and she very rudely told me - in an angry tone he can call up himself and speak to her if he wants to know what time his appointment is. And then went on to ask me why I need to know what time his appointment is. Her attitude, tone in her voice and her phone manner was very rude, unnecessary and extremely unprofessional!! I had a really disappointing experience speaking with Colleen over the phone. She was rude, cut me off, and didn’t give me a chance to ask questions. Patients call because they’re unwell and looking for help, a little patience and empathy can make a big difference. I didn’t remember the name of the doctor I saw, and her attitude toward me because of that was uncalled for. If you’re in a front-line role, treating people with respect should be a priority.
