Had a horrible experience with two realtors that work for this company, one being Pat Ross. He is very unprofessional, rude, yelled at me over the phone, treated me like I was stupid. I couldn't believe I was treated this way. I would not dare recommend that man to anyone. There seems to be very rude realtors that work here. I don't care if you can sale a home if your attitude is horrible and your going to treat people like dirt then find another job. Who wants to deal with that??
