I’ve been here since 2022, and I love my community. I love the peaceful and quietness. I love the melt pot of people in the complex. I love how family safe and friendly the community has became…Management is excellent and keeps nothing but great energy. ANY AND EVERYTHING I NEED gets addressed immediately. Do not move here police are always here including swat. Neighbors get away with destroying your property and messing with you.Leaking windows dirty carpet bug infestation mold and that's just a start. The landlord refuses to take responsibility for anything. He steals money from you. He refuses to fix anything. If you pay for a washer and dryer and it goes out for over a month He still charges you even though you can't use it. He does dirty deeds for other tenants, kicking them out or harassing them. Get a lawyer if you move here to protect yourself cause you will not be safe living here.
The Bradford Square Apartments/Condominiums are a great place to live, the owners are such wonderful people and they are always willing to keep all the units updated and if for any reason you have any concerns or repairs in your units the owners and the maintenance staff always address these concerns right away, Bradford Square is a great place to live. They have a lot of tenants who have lived there for years and that’s because it a great place to live.
