Lived here for 2-1/2 years. Management is so kind and helpful. Dave has always treated me like family. Repairs or problems are promptly handled, neighbors are helpful and friendly. -Dionna C.

Just had an emergency maintenance request after my hot water just suddenly stopped working during after hours. Maintenance answered his phone immediately, was at my building and at my door in 10 mins to let me know the water tank below had a leak and that someone was coming immediately to fix the issue... LESS than 1 HOUR LATER, it was BACK WORKING. NEVER have I had emergency maintenance move this FAST!! To much of the riff of raff of who is getting in, I had a girl tell me today to walk my dogs somewhere else because her children play out front, sorry, we been longer than you have, I will walk my dogs in front of my apartment as long as I pick up their poop, call the office, I don't care. You smoke more weed than ever and you are complaining about me walking my dogs in front of my apartment get over yourself, you out lived here for a few months, I lived here for years
I must say this, ANY reviews about dumb things like handprints on hallway walls, 2 Ludwig bugs being found in their apartment(these come from Ludwig trees which can be anywhere from a mile around having nothing to do with the property btw🙄), or "filthiness" are ridiculous and petty. If you want mint clean hallways(mine smells like pine sol so that's CLEANER than ANYWHERE I've lived before, hallway was CLEAN no trash, nasty smells, NOTHING) Spend $1000 more/mth and just MAYBE you'll get that.
