Very bad service
They've made improvements over the last couple of years, a phone consultation is available in the morning to receive a call from the doctor which is useful. The surgery has nurses and a community midwife. The biggest pitfall is the fact you can't book a same day emergency appointment, the only thing they can do is book an appointment at HRI local care direct after hours, which isn't great. Anyone can do that by calling 111 post surgery opening times.
