RecommendedI absolutely love living here! The apartments are modern floor plans with wonderful square footage and price (for a popular college town). That being said, it is easy to forget you’re in such a bustling town when you’re on the Westside set back in the woods and have such a friendly community surrounding you. I just left a meeting to view these apartments in which the woman, Jessica, asked my price range, then quoted me all apartments that were way more than that. When I asked about the apartment listed under my price range (that I found online) she then back tracked. Then she tells me they're prices are based on the competing with other apartment complexes, which I think they forget, INCLUDE SOME AMENITIES. Instead, she quoted me high, and they want to nickel and dime you for every little thing. Liars.
Love my apartment. The management team is easy to work with and always friendly. The maintenance team work hard to get work orders done in a timely manner. Great place to live and is very affordable in Bloomington.
