These people are wonderful to deal with! Whenever I got my first apartment I rented from them and they were amazing then. Flash forward to many moves later and I would never use anyone other than them for my storage unit needs. This company will milk several applicants for their app fees. Until they reach their quotas. It’s ridiculous. I know once you get in they are dependent and stand on their promises with getting things fixed even if it takes weeks but if u hadn’t seen the property on the site at least 3 months don’t bother to apply

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They took over an apartment building we were staying in and decided to immediately raise the rent, however they did so without doing a single thing to the apartment or building, there are rails missing from the landing to the stairs, standing water issues around the building, LITERAL TREES GROWING OUT OF THE GUTTERS, the apartments don't have central air, are infested, had water damaged counters when we moved in and we had no stove and had to provide our own refrigerator. Guy that called sounds bothered that he even had to call. When I asked for him to send a listing to my email his reply was that he already had 20 other emails to do. Umm okay? Isn't that part of the job? Looked on the site anyways and the one he was telling me about wasn't on there. Won't be bothering to try and find something through them since they cant be bothered to be helpful.
