I just recently moved in, and even though this unit doesn’t have the white or gray cabinets like some of the newer developments, I can honestly say they do an excellent job with the upkeep. My aunt lived in this development when it first opened, so I know what it looked like back then, and they’ve always maintained the property really well. They take great care of the place, and it shows.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS, IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH!! The apartments are moldy and they won’t do anything about it but check and deny. Black mold is one the worst type of molds to be living in, it’s not worth it at all.
I’ve lived here for almost 9yrs. The only reason for me moving was my grandmother became ill and I had to move closer to my family. I moved during covid. I loved loved loved Bradford. Besides the parking which was a pain lol. Everyone was very nice. The ladies in the leasing office Janet,Kisha,Julie was very pleasant as well as the maintenance men. This was home for me for 8 and a half years. Me and my daughter miss it so much😢 if I ever had to move back that way this would be my first choice.
