The maintenance is so short-staffed the pour guy and manager yes 2 ppl, work hard but that many apartments not enough. And they want to charge a fee for everything. Can't wait to get out of there. Not to mention my neighbors they are in wheelchairs in a handicap apartment but the floor linoleum is cracked so bad they get stuck on it with wheels. The man had asked 6x he said over year still nothing done. They r also rude in the office he says when he complains about anything
I’ve worked with all 3 different staff members that run the office and they are always helpful and kind. I appreciate the excellent customer service they provide. You can tell they care about taking care of their residents and customers!
I was coming out of a building there and I heard someone screaming and I turned around to see what looked to be management chasing and yelling at a man an woman who lived there and the management lady put her elbow n woman’s face touching her and the woman defended herself. I was looking into moving there but after seeing how management is there to there tenants I wouldn’t recommend moving there to anyone that is very unprofessional I really hope she doesn’t still have her job.
