I have to agree with others, place is going down hill, cant get response to emails Maintenance request nothing leave messages 2 different request still yet to see a Maintenance person
I love my neighbors from both sides it's a quiet place I've not had any problems with pests and I've had great experience with management I may have not lived here long so far it's been great
I have lived here for 3 years & I can’t wait to move out! I don’t know why they ran off the previous ladies in the office. They were AMAZING! If I could find out where they went I would go there. Do not move in here. They claim to be renovating units but I went to look at one recently with a friend and they are horrible. Cheaply put together. They now have some random thugs walking around claiming to be maintenance but all they do is smoke marijuana all day, in apts and around their maintenance shop. This place has gone down... read more
I have been trying to get ahold of someone for 3 weeks . The office closes at 5 and everytime I show up at or around 4 they are closed . Everytime I call , no one answers . I leave a voicemail and no one returns my message . I’ve emailed multiple times and no one has emailed me back. I’m so fed up ! I need help but yet no one is there to talk to me . I’ve been here for about 2 years . SOMEONE GET AHOLD OF ME !
Been waiting for my refund for a security deposit since early 2024. They first sent me a bad check and when I deposited it into my savings the bank ended up closing my account for fraud. I’ve been given the run around for months. The manager is NEVER in office. Every time it’s “I’ll let her know.” They take your information and never any results afterwards. Seriously, I just want my refund. Mind you, I never even lived there or signed a lease !!!!
