I applied to these apartments on 03/01. The application fee was $50 DO NOT APPLY TO THESE APARTMENTS! I have contacted them for two weeks regarding my application status. No one has reached out to me and each time I call I get the run around ! THEY ARE CLEARLY SCAMMERS! Take my advice apply somewhere else ! I have disputed with my bank .
This place has deterioted considerably since new management took over the property. They doubled the rent for all tenants while taking away existing amenties (such as water being included), and without providing any value to justify the rate increase. Not only that, but they charge you an additional, mandatory monthly fee for pest control but they don't actually don't anything to control the pests. The unit I lived in was amazing, I had no complaints, but wanting to move back is a little expensive now, but what can you do if you are on a fixed income, really no options available...
