They only had one person work and she was taking a long time only with one person
Don’t try and take a picture of the big red spider on their plaza or an employee / security person will swing right out of the gate to send you away in a very rude way. I’m so glad I don’t have an account with them or I would have closed it in 30 seconds. Very bad place, hope they change their ways (also bc ok it’s kinda cool but not the freaking Guggenheim Bilbao, if they let people photograph freely there would not be a line across the block)
