We bought a Yamaha boat from them in 2015 and are not satisfied at all with it. The motor is not enough for the boat. You can not do much of any water sports behind it if you have more than 2 people in the boat. We have tried to upgrade threw Bradford for a bigger boat and they are not wanting to help us at all with a good deal. Our boat has only 70 hours and in perfect condition and they want to offer us 15,000 less than what we bought it for and its only 2 years old. There are no words to adequately express how impressed I am with Bradford Marine. Wouldn't let them work on anything you have to depend on ! Took my Can Am Outlander in. Told them it started fine but run it for five minutes and it would just quit and would not start. After 350 bulcks I took it to the woods the first day of deer season and it quit on me. Told a guy in camp what it was doing. He told me my cooling fan was out. When the motor got hot it has a cutoff switch that stops the motor. Took it to another guy and he fixed it in one day for 120 bucks and it works GREAT, I will never go to Bradford aga... read more
My husband and I purchased 2 waverunners and we were very happy with the waverunners but we were very unhappy with everything that happened after we signed on the dotted line! They led us to believe things that they didn't provide. Bad customer service. We were planning to buy a ski boat...but it will NOT be there!
I have had the worst time with this place got a new maverick xxc from them and the rear shock bushing was missing and after trying to get them to get me one for about 3 weeks and no luck I had to call fox shox and order one from them. the bike is 5 months old and under warranty .at bradford when you leave with it there done with you.
