Dr Katrina Bradford LISTENED, took action & followed up. The staff is wonderful. Her care & concern for my well being is so refreshing. I can’t begin to say enough good things about her! Fantastic doctor!
I used to recommend her to everyone I knew, until she handled my postpartum depression. She sighed and threw her clipboard down in frustration with me when I asked if antidepressants were safe for breastfeeding, and shared my concerns about starting medication. I was flabbergasted by her reaction and treatment of me. I am so glad I wasn’t a suicidal mom, or someone who wouldn’t seek out other help. This was so disappointing to me, especially since she’s a mom herself!
I absolutely love Dr. Bradford. She is the best Dr. I have ever had. I had a terrible experience with my previous Dr. and I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Bradford. She is professional, thorough, extremely intelligent and if there is something she does not know she reaches out to other expert Dr.’s to find the answer. She is so patient, kind and warm. So grateful to have her guide me and get my health back on right track.
Told me my heart problems were anxiety and never listened to my heart. I actually ended up needing heart surgery. She must have read “how to gaslight a patient 101.”
Dr (Posta) Bradford's crass disregard for patient modesty drove me seek counseling from a therapist working out of her same Malibu UCLA Group office . The therapist told me I was right, & she was wrong in not addressing my concerns on my terms. The therapist told me that he wouldn't be a patient of any of those three UCLA Group physicians. He then sent me to his personal physician who worked out well until he retired. Problem solved, no thanks to Katrina!
Dr. Bradford has been my physician for over 20 years. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate. She's been a rock for me and managed my multiple health conditions over the years and has a wonderful bedside manner. She is a great advocate for me as well when it comes to my health. Words can not express my gratitude to her! She is an excellent physician, but a trusted friend.
I've been going to Dr. Bradford for 3 years now, while her practice is busy, I have never felt rushed by her. She is caring and kind, but also thorough. She asks the hard questions and challenges me to be healthier (as she should), but she also celebrates my health successes with me and acknowledges that life isn't always easy. Love her!
Dr. Bradford is a gentle speaking person. You feel like she is listening to you and genuinely cares for you.
Dr. Bradford is committed, always courteous and will do everything necessary to help me with my medical needs. Staff is friendly and appointments are promptly kept. I do't feel rushed and she really takes her time wand listens. She has called me personally to discuss blood test results, and if I leave a phone message it is always returned. She has been by doctor for close to 10 years.
