Everyone on this care team is kind, thorough and helpful. That even includes the receptionist so I’m not sure why the negative comment below. Dr. Katchen spent probably a half hour or more with me, which is so rare these days. He took a close look at products I’m using and didn’t automatically start pushing his own (in fact he encouraged me to stick to the basics I already have and explained why). The doctors are fine, but the front desk cannot figure out how to book appointments. I had 2 scheduled appointments that they never officially booked and as such had to move back my visits a couple of weeks to a month. They also continuously would hang up the phone on me before helping me out. I don’t recommend wasting your time.
