I had a 2-bedroom here for less than a 1-bedroom "luxury" apartment in other areas of town. You can walk to most bars/restaurants in 10-15 minutes. The property is well-maintained with landscaping, cleaning, snow removal, and responsive handymen. On-site parking was a big plus. Washer/Dryer in the building. Dealing with Robin through the management company was a pleasure as she is very responsive and friendly. We lived in Bradford Hall for 3 years. Everything was great! Great neighbors, great facilities, great management. This complex is located just blocks away from downtown and Bradford plaza. The best place to be in West Chester!!!

I lived in Bradford Hall in West Chester, PA for 5 years and absolutely loved it. I rented a single apartment which was plenty of room for myself, and the storage that came with it was excellent. With 1 reserved parking spot, ample free street parking, washer/dryer on premise, this was a great complex.
