Staff are always pleasant, helpful and reassuring. Dr. Chai is so professional and puts me at ease. Always thorough. My experiences have always been above my expectations.
Dr. Chai and his team are always friendly and helpful. Any questions are answered in a timely fashion and every effort made to accomodate problems that may arise.

Dr. Chai cares more about his bottom line than his patients. He had zero patience with my 6 year old daughter who was afraid to get a filling. He actually yelled at her and she was terrified and traumatized. I then tried Summerlyn Dental and Dr Z calmed her down, did her filling without any tears and she left smiling. If your child is anxious about dentists DO NOT take then to Bradford Family Dentistry.
