Unfortunately I never got to see the dentist. After a 45 minute wait, staff seemed confused as to who I was. Office manager was very curt and rude and when I asked to reschedule, she shot back "no, you will not reschedule, you can stay or leave" so I left. Never been treated like that in a medical situation before.

When I said I'd just as soon reschedule, she shot back, rudely and curtly, "no you won't reschedule, you can stay or you can leave". So I left. Never been treated like that in a medical situation.

I found D Bradford to be very personable, he explained all my choices and when I left I felt comfortable with him and our decisions
The office calls the day before saying the appointment will be cancelled if I don't call back by 4pm. Since I was at work I couldn't call so I assumed appointment was cancelled. Two weeks later I receive a bill for missed appointment. Avoid this Dentist like the plague.
After the hygienist was done cleaning my teeth, Dr.Bradford looked at my teeth for about 3 seconds. I have never had a dentist not sit down and exam my teeth after the cleaning. He should make sure that the hygienist did their job correctly. The hygienist was nice and answered any questions I had to my satisfaction.
Went here as a kid they were nice
