I regret working with Bradford Custom Homes & Remodeling. The only reason I am putting a 2 star review instead of 1 is our last PM (Will), who was amazing. Will Cronic alone is a 5 star review because he was the only one that got the project finished at the end and jumped immediately to fix things. I hired Bradford because of my wife’s and my busy schedule and their promise to provide a competent project manager who would coordinate all contractors and manage the build. From personal experience with this company we highly suggest taking a pause and thinking about who you are hiring. The owner of Bradford Custom Homes, Brad Paul Robinson, has put our family in a dangerous and damaged position. So much so we are having to take time from our family and lives to pursue legal action. Public court records will show this is not the first contractor legal dispute Brad Robinson has been a part of. This has been one of the greatest partnerships I have ever had. As a vendor partner, Emser Tile, we take partnership very serious. The team at Bradford’s ability to articulate their needs, allows the deliver at an extremely high level to their customers. I have also met with plenty of their customers post build and product selection, and the feedback is always incredible.
