Recommendedi lived at Bradford Chase years ago from 2000 to 2004 and i loved it there. It was wonderful. And now it looks like ill be moving back there come June 2019.
We have lived here for 4+ years and have overall had a great experience. We had an ongoing issue with an upstairs neighbor and now we are finally going to be able to have some peace and quiet. The new manager went above and beyond. I appreciate her very much. I literally cried when I left her office because she was so kind to us. Thank you for everything. Mike has been the absolute best. They failed to tell me we could rent for less than six months as we were building a new home. Home was completed early. We gave notice and they accessed us a $1300+ penalty.
The staff is very professional. The ground are exceptional. Amenities plentiful.
We just moved in. Tricia has been amazing and super patient with me. Prior to moving here I looked at several places and always said Bradford Chase was where I wanted to be. We have met our neighbors who are also very sweet and kind. I can't think of a bad thing to say about this complex! You guys are amazing!

This is an excellent place to live. They have the best office and maintenance staff of any complex in Jackson. Tricia is extremely helpful and kind. Mike and Chris always greet you with a smile and are quick to fix any issues. I definitely recommend this complex.
