Just had the unfortunate experience of having to go to the ER for a blown disc. Dr Mullins and his entire staff were the highest professional quality with me, communicating every step of the way, thoroughly evaluating every symptom, and worked diligently to assure I was taken care of. One of the smartest things I ever did was listen to a nurse who referred me to Dr. Mullin. He performed a discectomy/laminectomy on me in 2005. Even after the surgery Dr. Mullin said I would have some pain, but I don’t! He gave me my life back. This review is LONG overdue.
Dr Mullin is a fantastic surgeon. He helped me 13 years ago as well as friends and family members. However, his office personnel is terrible. I recently was referred to his office and I received no calls from them. I called several times starting the last week of October. I left messages and still did not receive a call. I finally reached someone on 11/8 only for them to tell me they did not receive the referral but they had my images. My Dr resent the referral that same day.
