I started going to Ray 2 years ago when I moved down to Springville. Every time I go in, Ray takes care of my vehicle and me. Ray has earned my business every time I visit. Bradford Automotive is an honest, down to earth shop that does good work. Couldn't ask for more.
Took my Jeep in to be repaired with an intermittent starting issue - they were willing to tow my car over but it happened to start so I drove it over. They replaced the ignition switch. Still had intermittent starting problem - they said it must be a different problem and brushed me off. After coming to them my Jeep had the same problem and they messed up the ignition switch in addition.
I've had a lot of recommendations for these guys; trying them, they've been great. They say what needs to be done, tell you why, even show you - and they do a good job.
These guys are honest and I saved a ton of money there while I was at BYU. Unfortunately, I have moved away, so I don't go there anymore, but I highly recommended them to anyone in Provo.
