This place burned me. They charged me over twice the agreed upon estimate. They charged me double, without my approval or permission. The extra work was unnecessary. Total bait and switch. Additionally, they were inept and incompetent with the office administration and billing. I tried to help this local establishment, and this is what I experienced. Stay away.

My 3-week-old car sustained some garage door damage and Bradford made it look like it never happened. I'm a perfectionist and noticed a bubble in the paint where it was repaired. Bradford kept it for just a few more hours and worked on it to make it perfect for me. Reasonable estimate and good work!
