We had a horrible experience dealing with Larry Visner at Bradfield. Larry came out and seemed pleasant and knowledgeable, but that initial impression was fleeting. Several weeks after the initial walkthrough he provided a "rough" estimate of costs that he had put together in a spreadsheet. Based on that estimate, we agreed to design the project which took months of emailing back and forth. Spring of 2019 I had Bradfield install 8 RBS double pane windows at my house, and they are still amazing. I had John come out to quote the project and gave a reasonable price. His price per window was higher than my neighbors contractor but John was more professional and I felt like his quality/craftsmanship would be better and it was. My neighbor has a lot more regrets than I do. I would absolutely use them again
