If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went to Dr. Brader for debilitating pain in my abdomen. He decided a hysterectomy was appropriate. He did the surgery and the pain didn't go away. I spent weeks after the surgery calling his office crying about the pain, only to be treated like a drug addict by his staff. Then when I finally demanded imaging after surgery, no surprise to me, a mass was very visible. Dr. Brader said "I DIDN'T LOOK AT THE IMAGES THAT CLOSELY, OR I WOULD HAVE FOCUSED ON THAT MORE." In 2004 I was diagnosed with Stage 1 ovarian cancer. I never missed my physicals every year with my gynecolgist. I had no symptoms of anything wrong except I started to have some bleeding two weeks before my period was due. Still not a alarm that anything was wrong because I have been through this type of thing before through the years. Dr. Brader is nothing short of incredible. He is truly an expert in his field. He is kind, patient, informative and has great bedside manner. He is the type of doctor who instills confidence and puts you at ease. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend Dr.Brader. He performed the first surgery I ever needed and was kind, patient and explained everything thoroughly. The hospital staff at U of M Health-West were all very kind and helped put me at ease. Communication with my husband /updates provided via text during my surgery was also very helpful.
