Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. I was really impressed with how advanced and sophisticated their equipment was. Everything was so new and well taken care of it practically sparkled.
