Who ever answers the phone is extremely rude. I wonder how many patients you have lost because of him. there's plenty of other doctors in central Florida.

The staff are amazing! They are always smiling or laughing and in tune to whether it's a good or bad day with the pain. On my very first visit I knew I was going to love visiting their office if for no other reason than the people who greeted me at the front desk. (Three at that time) I admit I was intimidated by Dr. Ycaza at first. My dealings with physicians I was referred to for diagnosis and treatment of pain has left me gun shy.
