We are just now finding out how much story telling this office manager has been doing. When my poor wife needed mental help she tricked her into thinking they were in network with BCBS & We would be covered for 20 no out of pocket bills then billed my wife's credit card for $390.00 for 3 visits when she only had 2 because Joy wasn't in when they made her the appointment. I cannot say enough good things about BCC. I've emailed Sylena multiple times & she gets back with me almost immediately. She contacts the therapist right away & they also follow up quickly. Could not be happier. I would highly recommend them to everyone!!!
Not recommended. Double charged my account and then gaslit me as to the cause. Therapist wrote a treatment plan without my consent and acted as though I was a child. Strange place.
I have been trying to contact Consueling providers for months now. Almost every single person I have talked to has been unhelpful, not personable, or just flat out unresponsive. As soon as I got in contact with Selina from Bradenton Consueling she immediately did whatever she could to help and was eager to get me the results I wanted. I am looking forward to working with one of the therapists here in the future.
