I have reached out to Marc Offit who is the Chairman, CEO, and the the owner of my bldg as well as the property manager he employs for my bldg numerous times to have a plumbing issue fixed. Neither Marc or the property manager has replied to my attempts of contacting them for 3 1/2 months.
