I have had a great experience with Braden Property Management. Jeff Stoddard was an excellent property manager for me. He was responsive, professional, and always communicated clearly. Any questions or concerns I had were handled quickly and thoughtfully. I felt well taken care of and appreciated how smoothly everything went under his management. I highly recommend Jeff and BPM!
From the very start, we have been impressed and satisfied with Nicole and Marchenka and the Braden Property Management team. Everyone that we've worked with on their team has been thoughtful and professional; they are responsive, clear and very good communicators. Marchenka continues to be respectful and steady managing communications and logistics with our renters, with maintenance people, and with us, the property owners. We are very grateful for their time, energy and support!
If I could give this place negative stars I absoluetly would. One morning around 6:30, I go upstairs to take our dog for a walk and I step in a place where the carpet is completely soaked. I look up and see water is dripping from the ceiling (between main level and 3rd floor). There is active water drops coming from the ceiling. When I found this property on Zillow it looked like a place that would be a good fit. I had only a week before I moved to VA, time was of great importance. Jeff Stoddard reached out to me much sooner than I expected. He set up an appt to tour the house, answered my many questions with a smile, with patience and with assurance I needed to rent this beautiful home.
