We’ve been renting through Braden Property for almost two years now, and our experience has been excellent. My wife and I have had a very pleasant experience renting from Braden over the past few years. They provide exactly what a renter wants - minimal interruption when it’s not necessary, but they’re easy to reach for maintenance requests and other communications when you need to get in touch. The property managers respond quickly to requests, their web portal/app is easy to use, and we have received ample communication any time we have needed to have someone come in for a repair or inspection. I have recently received the utmost professional and helpful assistance from Braden Property Management, but directly from Patricia Wood , who made it an incredibly easy and stress free transition from last property management to the current ( Braden Property). Braden Property have been excellent landlords for the past several years. Extremely responsive to maintenance issues and very clear with expectations and reasonable with small lease change requests. Particularly appreciate Jeff, our property manager, who is very easy to get in touch with at a moment’s notice. He advocates well for his tenants.
I've rented through Braden for more than five years, and recommend them as a property management company without reservation. Jeff Stoddard, our building's PM, is extremely proactive about managing potential issues, such as explaining to residents how to prepare for cold weather.
