I have had a great experience with Braden Property Management. Jeff Stoddard was an excellent property manager for me. He was responsive, professional, and always communicated clearly. Any questions or concerns I had were handled quickly and thoughtfully. I felt well taken care of and appreciated how smoothly everything went under his management. I highly recommend Jeff and BPM!
If I could give this place negative stars I absoluetly would. One morning around 6:30, I go upstairs to take our dog for a walk and I step in a place where the carpet is completely soaked. I look up and see water is dripping from the ceiling (between main level and 3rd floor). There is active water drops coming from the ceiling. WARNING: Braden Does Not Take Smoking Violations Seriously If you are an owner who chooses Braden because they only represent non-smoking properties, please be aware that they do not take smoking violations seriously. Have had an excellent experience with BPM managing my properties. In particular, my property manager Jeff Stoddard has been very responsive and efficient in helping resolve any issues that arise at the properties. Can feel assured that the properties will be well taken care of with the help of Jeff and BPM.
Donnie is always so friendly, fast and informative when making repairs in our home. I never have to wait long for the company to schedule a repair! He's been out to fix our door and garbage disposal and each time it has been a 24 hour turnaround resolution from the time I reported the issue.
