During the time I've been renting property managed by Braden Property Management, I've received nothing but great service from them. Specifically Grace Hemmen has been extremely responsive to my request and inquiries. They are prompt to address maintenance issues and questions. My wife and I have had a very pleasant experience renting from Braden over the past few years. They provide exactly what a renter wants - minimal interruption when it’s not necessary, but they’re easy to reach for maintenance requests and other communications when you need to get in touch.
