BPM has helped to allow for a pretty smooth transition to our rental house. To provide an example, I had a maintenance issue that I needed fixed, and one of their maintenance guys - Donnie - was great! He was early, got the job done quickly, and was very kind throughout the time he was there. I have overall felt pretty at ease with the transition thanks to the people within BPM.
We had a decent experience with Braden during our time living at the rental, despite some slow responses when things needed maintenance. However, we were very disappointed by the move out process. We followed every guideline as far as cleaning and preparation, knowing that Braden would charge us for the actual professional cleaning. Donnie provided outstanding service from start to finish. He arrived on time, demonstrated exceptional professionalism, and efficiently addressed every issue we had at the property. He installed a new dishwasher, rewired a faulty switch to ensure the garbage disposal operated properly, and replaced a light fixture with great attention to detail.
