If I could give this place negative stars I absoluetly would. One morning around 6:30, I go upstairs to take our dog for a walk and I step in a place where the carpet is completely soaked. I look up and see water is dripping from the ceiling (between main level and 3rd floor). There is active water drops coming from the ceiling. I’ve been very happy with Braden Property Management. Nicole made our transition from another management company to Braden smooth and stress-free. Our property manager, Lauren, handled fixing up the unit with great efficiency. As an out-of-town owner, I really appreciated their clear and consistent communication. I highly recommend them!
Braden Property has done a great job managing our home! They have been on top of any maintenance needs and kept us informed throughout the process. We briefly had some communication issues with one of our managers, but the company has resolved that. Everyone else at the company has been amazing to work with, and we really love our new property manager, Marchenka! She has been extremely communicative, keeping us informed and working with us to plan for a smooth transition. We appreciate her and Braden Property!

Would recommend Braden to anyone renting out their property. Very attentive to our questions and concerns. Efficient and fast. We were able to get the property on the market within a week and had a tenant within a week! Made the overall process very smooth and reassured us all through the process.
