BPM has helped to allow for a pretty smooth transition to our rental house. To provide an example, I had a maintenance issue that I needed fixed, and one of their maintenance guys - Donnie - was great! He was early, got the job done quickly, and was very kind throughout the time he was there. I have overall felt pretty at ease with the transition thanks to the people within BPM.

DO NO RENT FROM THEM THEY ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!! PHILIP HOLBROOK And GRACE HEMMEN actively ignored calls, texts and emails from us. They have left us with holes in the ceiling mold in the A/C and refuse to talk with us. They had they’re lawyer send us a letter saying that we are “asking them to fix to much”. if they were to fix all of the problem we wouldn’t have so many reports for problems with the property. Donnie provided outstanding service from start to finish. He arrived on time, demonstrated exceptional professionalism, and efficiently addressed every issue we had at the property. He installed a new dishwasher, rewired a faulty switch to ensure the garbage disposal operated properly, and replaced a light fixture with great attention to detail.
