We’ve been renting through Braden Property for almost two years now, and our experience has been excellent. Really had a great experience working with Jeff, Savannah and the other members of the Braden Property Management team. My wife and I just got a new place in town that they manage. The process was smooth and the service was professional, friendly and very responsive. Highly recommend using them based on our experience working with them so far, and look forward to working with them as our new property managers!
Braden Property have been excellent landlords for the past several years. Extremely responsive to maintenance issues and very clear with expectations and reasonable with small lease change requests. Particularly appreciate Jeff, our property manager, who is very easy to get in touch with at a moment’s notice. He advocates well for his tenants.
I've rented through Braden for more than five years, and recommend them as a property management company without reservation. Jeff Stoddard, our building's PM, is extremely proactive about managing potential issues, such as explaining to residents how to prepare for cold weather.
